Curricula for Engineering Majors

Degree requirements for each College of Engineering major are below. The information is organized by major and then by graduating class year. The files below contain a curriculum sheet and a check sheet for each major.

Note: Once admitted to the University, the first check sheet that you are eligible to follow is the one for the first academic year in which you matriculated (are enrolled in a degree program) at URI. For example, if you matriculated at URI in fall 2012 or spring 2013, the first check sheet you can follow is for the Class of 2016 (academic year begins 2012, so class year is 2012+4=2016). You cannot follow an earlier check sheet (e.g., Class of 2015, 2014, etc.).

All engineering students must satisfy University General Education requirements. In addition, these requirements vary by major and are listed on the curriculum and check sheets for each degree program. Be sure to consult the General Education Handbook when selecting individual courses.
